Photos Photos of the property: inside and out At least 25 high quality photos plus post editing of photos Thrive black boarders will be added Added to dropbox - Photos will remain in the Thrive Dropbox until the property has been sold. 1.5 hours typically for taking photos and 1.5 hours typically to edit. Price does not include drive time and set up/knock down time. You will be charged my hourly rate and it will be on an hourly basis. Price says varies due to me being hourly (includes drive time). I'm at $13.50/hr Any re-shoots will cost an extra $40 *If you need a specific shot, please inform me before the photo shoot. 3D Scan: 3D scan of the interior of the property Whole house scanned. This takes about an hour per 1,500sqft. Then scan takes about an hour to upload to the Matterport website which then needs two hours to be processed. After that it will be available. I will create a shortcut url to the 3Dscan and set it up to be consistent with owners specifications. I will then create the black and white photo that you will use in your photos to let clients know where to go. *If you need a specific shot, please inform me before the photo shoot.
